Regal Stair Top & Bottom Rail Connecting Splice. Used in the Stair System when an Inline Post is installed and to accommodate longer stair runs, to connect two top and bottom rails. Shown in the image below connecting a top rail, Regal's Connecting Splice is made from the same high strength aluminum you've come to expect from Regal.
