Loctite PL Premium 10oz All Purpose Construction Adhesive is a premium all purpose construction adhesive that bonds a wide variety of building materials together with a hold that is 3 times stronger than ordinary construction adhesives. Loctites PL Premium  together within 15 - 20 minutes and cures within 24 hours on interior or exterior projects. Wet and frozen surfaces are not an issue when applying Loctites All purpose construction adhesive as it is waterproof and doesn't shrink and cures in cold temperatures.
